Over 1300 students are now studying at SZFLS Branch. All together, there are three grades: JuniorOne, Two and Three. Each of the three grades is further separated into 10 classes depending on academic ability in terms of English. Junior One students are taught in half-sized classes when they have English class. Students who are strong academically are placed together and are able to advance their studies quickly and push each other to be the best of the best. Students who need special help or instruction in various subjects are also placed in the same class so that they can have the special attention they need in order to catch up.

　　These students work hard to improve themselves and grow, both in academic fields and character. SZFLS Branch is known for having the top academic students and for providing them with the best in moral and social education. Besides academic activities, the students are also taught to be kind-hearted and to care about others in order to develop their character and personality.

　　Students are encouraged to excel in many areas, both in the academic and non-academic realms. Students are also encouraged to participate in the arts, especially folk music. This year, SZFLS Branch has become a folk music base of 12-Girl Band, a world-famous Chinese folk band.

　　Graduating from SZFLS Branch, students usually have broader roads. They can choose to continue their studies in high schools in China or abroad.
