 The standards of administration at Longgang Branch meet or
exceed the same quality standards as any of the other schools in
the Shenzhen Foreign Languages School System. The focus and
emphasis is on unity. The school maintains a reputation of
excellence with the unique specialization in foreign languages.
Through strict discipline, an emphasis on foreign languages, and
excellent teachers, the Longgang Branch School has truly become
a successful and well-known institution. The primary investor, Li
Langye, is not involved whatsoever in the management of the
school. The Longgang Branch school is managed by Ally Wu, the
principal (headmaster) who is in charge of all administrative duties.  Ally Wu has served as the principal of Shenzhen Foreign Languages School Longgang Branch since its inception. Mrs. Wu graduated from East China Normal University in 1988 with a degree in English. Shortly after receiving her degree, she served for two years as a professor at Central Minority University in Beijing. In 1990, she joined the Shenzhen Foreign Language School System as one of the four initial teachers. Since then, she has risen in status to become the successful head of the Longgang Branch middle school. She currently holds the record in Shenzhen for earning the highest score on the city-wide exam that all English teachers in China must take in order to go abroad. On a daily basis, Ally Wu gives an address to the students in order to motivate them and inspire them to become even more successful scholars. Mrs. Wu’s daily speeches have gained notice and a compilation of these dialogues is currently being arranged into a book that will be soon published. Students and faculty alike take kind notice to Mrs. Wu's friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor.
